Marketing Optimization – A Crucial Process
We believe that the relationship between a Marketing Consultant and their Client ought to be such that either party can identify their level of engagement at any point in time, therefore we have developed a four phase process designed specifically for this purpose. The end product is what we call The Tangibgle Gains Marketing Optimization Process

PHASE I – Initial Consultation: (No Fee – Up to 2 hours)
Marketing is a discipline with a strategic and an operational role within the business. It involves the culture, strategy and tactics of a business and directs the way in which business should be done. Each engagement starts with Tangible Gains working with its clients to ensure we understand your business desires to determine how to structure our engagement. The goal of this phase is two-fold:
PHASE II – Marketing Check-Up: ($1,000 – $2,000)
This phase can take anywhere from one to three weeks and typically requires a series of on-site visits. We will perform an in-depth evaluation of your business, and will analyze and assess the following in order to help us better determine what’s working and what’s not working:
- How you the employer see your business
- How your employees see the business
- How your clients see your business
PHASE III – Marketing Plan: ($2,500 – $5,000)
We develop your marketing plan which consists of an analysis of your market, technology and advertising options. Your plan will include identifiable milestones to effectively measure progress, and will clearly deliver your company’s marketing message in ways which will target more customers, generate growth and uncover untapped opportunities. The following are some activities that can comprise your overall plan:
PHASE IV – Implementation: ($2,500 Base Fee + Hourly Rate of $175/hr)
A successful marketing plan should be an ongoing process. Our goal is to provide a clear, crisp plan to bring you tangible results.
Tangible Gains currently negotiates both 6 and 12-month agreements to facilitate our involvement in the Implementation phase of this process. At the end of the agreement period, the client has the option of either discontinuing or renewing our relationship.
